Every day, 1.5 million teachers visit Quizizz to find engaging activities for their students. I shipped major upgrades to the search experience, leading to 5% increase in search success & 8% rise in engagement rates.

Many small businesses struggled with the complexity and cost of mature storefront solutions. After researching their needs, designed an intuitive storefront builder, now used by lakhs of Razorpay's merchants to sell online.

Every month, Razorpay received thousands of settlement-related support tickets. Worked closely with various teams to understand this complex system and spoke to over 25 businesses to identify their challenges. Shipped design interventions that reduced support tickets by 35%

We surfaced insights on student performance, helping teachers spot learning gaps and assign follow-up activities. This proved valuable to teachers with 4% conversion rate. For Quizizz, this meant an increase in engagement rates. Further, this paved the way to introduce new activity formats
